Grating shall be 05SLHC24DGD heavy duty heel proof and ADA compliant longitudinally slotted grate. The grate shall be made of grade 80-55-06 cast ductile iron per ASTM A 536-84. The grate shall be hot dip galvanized per ASTM A-123. The grating complies with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act handbook section 4.5.4. The grate shall be 4.875″ wide x 24″ long x 0.75″ thick and have a minimum load rating of DIN Class D (exceeds H-20/HS-25).
