Grating shall be 05SEHS24MGC heel proof and ADA compliant galvanized steel perforated grate. The perforations shall be no more than 1/4″ diameter making the grate heel proof and compliant with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act handbook section 4.5.4. The grate shall be made of 12 ga minimum material thickness galvanized steel per ASTM A-123 and shall have reinforcing ribs affixed to the under side of the grate for added strength. The grate shall be 4.875″ wide x 24″ long x 0.75″ thick and have a minimum load rating of DIN Class C (exceeds H-20/HS-25).
